SHIPPING:
- Ascarit Ltd. currently offers shipment and delivery to the US.
- We may offer different shipping methods, as shall be provided during the process of placing an order, and according to the delivery times that shall be detailed therein, at our discretion. We are not liable for any third-party delivery providers’ or your local post office’s delays. Please note that during high season and holidays, shipping might take a little longer.
- Orders are usually shipped within 10 days from the date of confirmation of payment; however, there may be delays due to external factors. The time of delivery can vary depending on the destination.
- Once an order has been shipped, we will send you an applicable notification and tracking number.
- Please note that additional local taxes may be applied to shipments. Ascarit Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes that may applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the Customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- If your order shipment is significantly delayed, past the 6-week suggested waiting period, please contact us using our contact us in the following email address: [email protected]. If we are unable to track the shipment, we will either resent the order or provide you with a refund.
- If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay the shipment of your order, we will notify you of such and offer you the option to cancel your order.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction for which the Product that you purchased is destined and we will not be held responsible for your breach of any such law.
ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
CANCELLATION.
Orders can be canceled before items are shipped out from our office or one of our distribution centers. In such an event, you may be entitled to a full refund. You can do so through our Contact Us form available HERE.
RETURNS.
If you request to return your order you must first notify us, within 14-days from the day after you received your order, through our Contact Us form available HERE. Please note that following the lapse of 14 days, you will not be entitled for a refund and the product can only be returned in the if it is faulty or damaged. We cannot accept your returned product where it is not completely sealed or if any labels have been broken (including packaging labels). The product is inspected on return.
Once you provide us with your notice, we will direct you to send us back the product to the address that we will provide. You must send us the product back within 14 days, at your own expense.
Returned product is at your responsibility until it reaches us, so make sure it is packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, it is your sole responsibility to keep a durable proof of your request to cancel the order.
REFUND:
Once you cancel your order, or in case of returns, once we receive back your returned product, all according to the terms provided above, we will send you a notice, and issue a full refund for the Product (excluding any express delivery costs) to your original payment method, within 14 days.
NOTE, ALL TIME PERIODS QUOTED IN THIS POLICY FOR THE FULFILLMENT OF OUR OBLIGATIONS WILL BE EXTENDED TO THE NEXT WORKING DAY IF THEY END ON A SATURDAY, SUNDAY, OR BANK HOLIDAY. THIS INCLUDES ALL SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION PERIODS AND THE TIME LIMITS FOR RETURNING GOODS, PROVIDING REFUNDS, ETC.
